Hi k -

It sounds like you're stuck.

The best thing that you can do is to actually start DOING something. That's why I said that you should do it for 15 minutes at least. You've gotta have a spare 15 minutes here, and spare 15 minutes there, right?

The more that you do things, the more that you give your internal compass a chance to find a direction that really works for you. There might be some possibilities that you ultimately decide "hey, I don't really like that so much after all". You should be thankful when you discover that, since you can cross something off the list!

On the other hand, it's through doing that you'll get a chance to really uncover what's within you, make adjustments as you go, and get to the place where you really feel connected with your passion.

As for finding groups - try getting recommendations from friends, or...well...just trying them on for size. If it doesn't seem authentic for you, then you can find a new one. There aren't many permanent decisions in our lives, thankfully. Sure, the effects of our decisions can make a lasting impression - but the goal is simply to keep learning, keep refining, keep growing...keep living.

I am having a difficult time finding a "passion". Or finding something I love to do. I like many things, but find limitations due to time and money. I really don't know what I want to do. It's really bringing me down.
I feel pathetic. One would think it would be "easy". I would like to join groups to meet people and "do" things I enjoy. But I am leary of how to find "authentic" groups etc... Any advice? I feel lost.
